The manufacturer says it is especially effective at fighting recurrent thoughts. This review examines this product in terms of the manufacturer’s claims to determine how effective it is at achieving them.

Niacin has been scientifically proven to reduce anxiety in sufferers and there is research that suggests it might work similarly to benzodiazepine. In other words it reduces the electrical activity in the brain that is sometimes responsible for anxiety.

5-HTP is the precursor of the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin is responsible for stabilizing mood mostly and it does have some role in sleep and hunger control. L-theanine can also act as a neurotransmitter and it has similar effects of reducing stress. It slows down all of the effects of stress too, like an increased heart rate or sweating.

There is some evidence that vinpocetine improves blood flow to the brain to deliver more of these nutrients and oxygen so that the brain cells can work optimally and don’t release stress signals.

Instructions

The manufacturer recommends taking one capsule per day. They do not specifically state at which time of the day it should be taken nor whether it should be taken with food or not. This is important because the time of the day can have an effect on how a person sleeps or functions during the day.

Customers can purchase one bottle of for $35.95. If they subscribe for a regular order then they receive a 10% discount which changes the price to $32.35. The manufacturer also has a rewards program. The prices listed do not include shipping or taxes.

Possible Side Effects

Vinpocetine is one of the ingredients that could cause side effects. It increases the risk of bleeding and might suppress the immune system. It is therefore not advise for anyone that has disorders related to these effects to use this product.

Some of the ingredients have not been evaluated for their safety in pregnancy and breastfeeding and so should be avoided by these women too.

Guarantee

There is no satisfaction guarantee offered for this product but customers may return unused product within 30 days from purchase. The customer is given 85% of the purchase price back as the remainder is used as a restocking fee. We don’t find this policy to be helpful for a customer at all.
