SuppleSense Garcinia Cambogia Review

If you look at the user reviews when it comes to SuppleSense Garcinia Cambogia Extract, it looks like the ideal solution if you need to curb your appetite and lose weight. According to the reviews – the majority positive – you will feel full of energy, less hungry and become a fat burning machine.

Dr Oz is a big fan of the extract and it seems that the manufacturers are just as enthusiastic about their product and patented formula. Considering the number of reviews and the endorsement of the active ingredient by Dr Oz, it seems we have to take a look at it in greater detail.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

  • 80mg Calcium
  • 100mg Potassium
  • 750mg 75% HCA Garcinia Cambogia extract

There are no artificial additives or binders. The high HCA concentration, the highest of all products on the market, is a big plus. (Most contain 60% concentration at most.) The potassium and calcium content are a bit of a disadvantage though – experts agree that the extract should be taken on its own.

Dosage

According to the manufacturers, you need to take anything from 1000mg to 3000mg daily in order to be effective. A bottle of 180 tablets should last around 45 days, unless you up the dosage. Any more than 1500mg per day should only be undertaken unless you have spoken to your doctor about it.

Price

You can expect to pay $69.99 (USD) for 180 capsules – essentially a 45 day supply. Whilst the initial outlay is a little higher, the cost per dose works out around the same as other brands.

Guarantee

The manufacturers do offer to refund your money if you do not lose a minimum of four pounds in 30 days. I am tempted to think that the guarantee may be, in part at least, why the reviews are so positive.

Conclusion Of Our SuppleSense Garcinia Cambogia Review

The manufacturers certainly do not promise overnight weight loss – they encourage more realistic results. It would appear that you have nothing to lose but weight if you take the guarantee in to consideration. While the concentration of HCA is higher, the actual amount of extract is only 750mg per capsule as opposed to the 1000mg typically contained in these supplements so you get about the same concentration as in the other pills anyway.

The real concern is, however, the Potassium and Calcium content – both essential for health but may hamper the efficiency of the extract.
